Our plaintiffs' class action practice includes major employment cases. We have represented classes in wage and hours claims against nationwide companies, senior executives in employment contract and harassment claims, and groups of minority employees in harassment and discrimination claims including one against a large Hollywood studio. We are currently lead class counsel in Jones v. International Coffee & Tea Co., on behalf of 22,000 Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf baristas.
